About Me


With over 15 years experience as a marriage and family therapist and coach, Elizabeth Kane, PhD, LMFT (she/her)  is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are pre-marital counseling, relationship skill building, couples therapy, psychotherapy for anxiety , stress , life transition , attachment wounds, trauma and blended family issues .

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist in Orange County, CA, Dr. Kane also teaches psychology courses for both undergraduate and graduate students pursuing various degrees in the field of psychology and has served as a Practicum Supervisor helping to mentor new therapists early in their careers.

Dr. Kane is a collaborative therapist .  Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized and humanistic approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
